Congratulations to all those who qualified for the trip to Philadelphia! Best of luck at the ACBL finals!
Do note, however, that if any of our pairs are unable to attend, then the next qualifier will be contacted about attending.
Big thanks to our directors, Tony Ames and Scott Smith, and to our coordinator, Diane Henson, along with an assist from Sue Jackson.
Also - a big "shout out" to our U of Minnesota Honors Bridge Class partnership, Sean McNally and Morgan Johnstone. Although they did not qualify for the ACBL finals, Sean and Morgan have been working diligently on their game. Playing frequently at the Minneapolis Grand Slam Club, they have improved their percentage four weeks in a row! We were delighted to see them competing in the NAP - and look forward to future successes as Sean and Morgan learn more and more about our fascinating, intriguing and (sometimes) confounding game!
More pictures below - and - apologies from your webmaster. Trying to play AND take photos and report becomes more challenging through the years! So, in an effort to follow suit for my partner (at least some of the time...) - afraid I was not able to get shots of all our winners. Mega congrats to all, however, to be sure!
