The Best Revenge

ChatterDoes it annoy you when an elite opponent gabs away at the table while you're trying to concentrate?  Put me down as an "affirmative" for that activity.

But, neither snow nor sleet nor chattering Hall of Famers can distract Our Man in The Corner, John Koch!

Really enjoy your columns -- appreciate the time and thought you put into them!

In this one you may have been lucky that HOFer was distracted. I believe that after he trumps in with the J, if he leads back a club instead of a spade there is no way you can make the contract. A club lead cannot cost a trick and it is one I would expect a HOFer to make if his mind was on the current hand!
