My week in Orlando has begun with many ACBL Board Meetings. Two bits of news that may be of interest to everyone is that the Board has elected a new president for 2011. District 4 Director Craig Robinson, currently our Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee, will serve next year. His home base is Pennsylvania.
For the Goodwill Committee, Rose Meltzer was elected to lead. Our goodwill culture is critical to bridge. Rose has been instrumental in goodwill in our community and in "giving back" to bridge. Her leadership is most welcome and will be much appreciated!
Orlando is a fabulous spot for an NABC! We look forward to seeing all of you who have plans to attend. For everyone else - think about adding us to your itinerary! Great venue and schedule plus delightful weather makes the Orlando NABC a grand slam!
