Which one is President Obama?
If you read this, then you realize he's got to be one or the other.
This was the author bio Obama provided to his literary agent in 1991, and it was uncovered months ago by our friends at Breitbart.com. Obama used this bio for over 15 years, and it was revised a number of times. But he only changed it to indicate his true place of birth, Hawaii, once he decided to run for president.
If I had to guess, my guess would be that the president was lying back then when he said he was born in Kenya. Makes for a far more exotic and interesting story. I leave it up to you to judge what it says about the man if he lied for years about his birth.
And - if you think Obama did not lie about his birth, then ... are you a birther, too?
Breitbart is not exactly an unbiased source.

Did you check your link? This story is true.
I suppose you're running with the "well, his publicist sent it out; not him" line. How many years would you have information about yourself published that was false - unless you somehow felt that the false info was to your benefit - OR it was true?
You can try to blame "Breitbart" all you want. The truth of the matter is that (most likely) there was a falsehood out about Obama that he was most happy to have believed ... at least, until he needed the real truth to come out.

Peg, you mean you are not a "Birther"? I assumed you were one based on your other beliefs.

I am not a birther for two reasons. First - seems like there is plenty of evidence that he was indeed born in Hawaii.
Also - I'm an "Occam's Razor" kinda girl. I figure that if Obama truly were not born in the U.S., somebody would have produced incontrovertible evidence by now.
I'm not sure, however, what beliefs I have that would make you think I'm a birther. I base my beliefs upon hard evidence and theories that I believe fit the evidence better than others.
