You missed a few points in your rant against Al Gore. I find it amazing how there is so much animosity to Gore, and he isn't even running for Office. If I were a betting man, I would think this was some sort of Republican effort to muddy Gore up to make sure he would not run for Office. I mean as history has shown he was right on the issues of Global Warming and the problem of Iraq. But let me not get sidetracked and get back to the issue at hand.

Some of the things that are not being told about the Gore story (which is a story that was put to bed a few weeks ago) is that the Gore’s family has taken numerous steps to reduce the carbon footprint of their private residence. These steps include signing up for 100 percent green power through Green Power Switch. What is Green Power Switch? Well, Green Power Switch is part of the Tennessee Valley Authority which provides energy through renewable sources. You can read about it here

The Gore family has also installed solar panels, and using compact fluorescent bulbs and other energy saving technology. Let us not forget the the Gore's home also features an office building, plus a compound for the secret service detail he still has (he is an ex vice president).

But in the end does all of this have anything whatsoever to do with whether the message Gore has been trying to get out is correct or not? No. Is it possible to have a civil debate on the science, without impugning motivations and personal integrity of those on the other side? It appears not.

Uhh...at the end of the day, just how much energy does he use? Does he also have solar panels installed on his private jet?
Right on the issues of global warming? Citations please.
Right on the "problem of Iraq".
How so?
Last time I checked the wood chippers in Iraq were no longer in use.
Get a clue.
