Do you believe that a TV interview simply "is what it is?"
I learned many years ago that it can be anything but! During an interview about real estate in the early '80's, I said, "The market is tough right now, but we are putting together many transations with creative and seller financing." What did viewers in TVland see? "The market is tough right now." Cut. And ouch; I was taught a sharp lesson.
